Throughout my ten plus years as a Medical Sales professional, I was approached by numerous recruiters. And while ultimately I leveraged those relationships to identify strategic opportunities throughout my career, there always seemed to be a pronounced gap between what I was looking for in my professional development and the understanding of the Medical Sales industry by the recruiters I partnered with.
This critical missing piece is what drove me to transition from the sales side to the recruiting side. With the mission to help bridge the gap between business needs and thoughtful candidate placement. Not only am I able to connect the dots quicker than traditional recruiting firms that lack industry experience, but also prepare candidates with more informed insights and realities to make sure I’m helping forge long-term partnerships where everyone succeeds.
